Rainbow Run Exeter 2020
Exeter’s Rainbow Run is the brightest sponsored 5k around. Walk, jog or run your way through colour bursts of powder paint and raise money for Children’s Hospice South West! Anyone aged 5 years and over can join the fun, so gather your friends, family or colleagues! Turn up in your white T-shirt and leave with a big smile, happy memories and covered in every colour of the rainbow!

Join Team CHSW!
Join our team of amazing fundraisers by taking part in our Rainbow Run for CHSW. Your entry fee for this year's Rainbow Run will cover the cost of hosting this event but we rely on your sponsorship to help reach our £70,000 target for this event!

It is not just a run but a day full of fun...
Our event village will be open from 11.00am, with face painters, entertainment, bouncy castle, fun tents with games and tombola’s, music from Radio Exe, and our legendary warm up from Richard will take place before the run. There will also be food and drink available and we will be selling our colourful Rainbow merchandise! CHSW photographers will be on hand to capture all of the fun of the day.

Help to reduce single use plastic
On the day we will have CHSW reusable water bottles for sale. Thirsty Work are kindly supporting our event and providing us with all of the water for the day, for you to fill your bottles free of charge! If you want to support our green initiative even further, please bring along your own bottle already full of water.
Any plastic left after the event will be taken away by Thirsty Work and sent to Simply Cups, who recycle plastic and paper cups, and turn them in to traffic cones and patio furniture! We hope that you will all support us in our steps towards making our events more sustainable, and helping to improve the environment.

Venue
Westpoint Arena, Exeter, Devon, EX5 1DJ
Parking
There is free parking at Westpoint.
Please visit the Devon County Council website for more details about car parks in Devon.
Event schedule
Our event village will be open from 11.00am.
Registration
Registration is from 11.00am at opposite the main indoor Westpoint Arena.
Facilities
There will be portable toilets available in Westpoint Arena.
Refreshments
There will be a variety of catering stalls selling delicious food and drinks before and after you make your way around the 5k route!
Route
The route is 5k and is accessible for sturdy wheelchairs/buggies etc
Bag drop
A bag-drop will be available for participants only - £1 per bag in the foyer of the indoor arena.

Free entry for all spectators
