Stevens, Hewlett & Perkins Proudly Supports CHSW as 2025 Charity of the Year

11 March 2026 CHSW

Stevens, Hewlett & Perkins is delighted to announce the successful completion of its 2025 Charity of the Year partnership with Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW), raising vital funds and volunteering time to support families across the region.

Throughout 2025, colleagues across the company took part in a range of fundraising initiatives and volunteering activities, demonstrating commitment to making a difference in their local communities.

Among the highlights was a large bake sale and raffle held in September, which brought staff together for a day of generosity, fun and community spirit while raising significant funds for CHSW. In December, team members also dedicated time to volunteering in CHSW charity shops, supporting day-to-day operations during the busy festive period.

Dave Burborough, Head of Paralegal & Records at Stevens, Hewlett & Perkins, said:

We absolutely loved working with CHSW throughout 2025 and are incredibly proud to have supported the amazing work they do.

Some real highlights for us were the large bake sale and raffle we held in September, which brought everyone together for a great cause, and our volunteering week in December, when many of our staff spent time helping out in CHSW charity shops. The teams were so welcoming, and it was great to see first-hand the dedication and hard work that goes on behind the scenes to keep the shops running. It made our support for CHSW feel even more meaningful.”

Children’s Hospice South West provides vital care and support to babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, as well as their families, across the South West. Partnerships like this play a crucial role in helping the charity continue its essential work.

Amanda Gallagher, Corporate Fundraiser at Children’s Hospice South West, said:

“We are incredibly grateful to Stevens, Hewlett & Perkins for their fantastic support throughout 2025. Their enthusiasm, creativity and willingness to get involved — from fundraising events to volunteering in our shops — has made a real difference. We have truly valued working together and thank everyone for their commitment.”

Partnerships like this not only raise vital funds but also help to spread awareness of the care and support we provide to families across the South West.
