 Bristol Rose Mortgages is proud to announce the presentation of its 2025 fundraising cheque to Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW), marking another milestone in the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting local babies, children, young people and families. 

Throughout 2025, Bristol Rose Mortgages pledged to donate £5 from the completion of every mortgage, matching each donation with an additional £5 contribution. Clients were also invited to donate throughout the year, with the company matching every contribution received. The combined efforts resulted in a significant final total raised in support of the charity’s vital work. 

The company’s chosen cause holds particular significance following a visit to Charlton Farm, one of the hospices run by CHSW, which provides specialist care and support for children with life-limiting conditions and their families. As part of the fundraising efforts, Adam Wells, Owner of Bristol Rose Mortgages, took on the challenge of the 2025 Bath Half Marathon, raising both funds and awareness for the charity. 

Adam Wells said:

As a parent, visiting Charlton Farm profoundly moved me, making the decision to support Children’s Hospice South West an easy one. 

"With some gentle arm-twisting from Amanda at CHSW, I signed up for the Bath Half Marathon and it was an incredible day with plenty of support, though the new uphill finish at Royal Avenue was a serious struggle! We invited our clients to donate throughout the year and matched every contribution, and we are absolutely thrilled with the final total raised. We are so grateful to everyone who joined us in supporting such a vital cause and look forward to doing it all over again this year.”

Building on the success of the 2025 campaign, Bristol Rose Mortgages has confirmed it will continue its fundraising partnership into 2026, once again donating £5 from every mortgage completed and matching additional client contributions.
