Our lottery is an easy and fun way for you to support the work of our three very special hospices and the families we care for across the South West. Each play holds the exciting chance to win one of 14 weekly prizes, including a top of £1,000. You will also be in with the chance to win our bonus rollover, which can reach up to £10,000! All profits from our lottery go directly towards funding the hospices’ services.

A single play each week will cost just £1, and your unique lottery number will be entered into the weekly draw for as long as you are in credit. Don't worry we will send you a reminder when it’s time to renew so that you do not miss a chance to win! You will also be notified if you win - you do not have to make a claim.

The promoter's decisions made pursuant to the terms and conditions shall, once made, be binding. CHSW has the right to change or update these terms and conditions to reflect changes in legislation or at their discretion.

Each ticket is sold on the condition that you consent to your details being stored on our approved and secure lottery software, which is leased from and stored with Sterling Management Centre Ltd, and CHSW’s fundraising database.

This allows us to notify those who win each week, and also to send our regular CHSW newsletter and relevant correspondence as required.  

We promise to comply with all requirements of the Data Protection Act (1998) to protect your personal data, as well as securely storing all bank and related payment details. CHSW cannot accept liability for the loss or delays in or theft of any communication sent by post, email or fax, or for any delays in the banking system.   For more information please read our privacy policy.

It is the responsibility of each player to notify CHSW of any change of address or any other membership details deemed necessary.

To support those who notify us that they have a gambling problem, we operate a Self Exclusion Policy which means you will not receive any information about our raffles or lottery. Please complete our Self Exclusion Form and return your tickets stating in writing that you request that we do not send any more raffle or lottery information, or telephone our Lottery Team on 08456 888 911.

We will amend our records accordingly, usually within 48 hours of receiving your notification. This exclusion will remain in place for not less than six months and will only be removed with further communication from you.
