Become a Young Ambassador
Are you a student looking to make a difference while building valuable skills for your future?
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated students to join our Young Ambassadors Scheme. If you have energy, confidence, strong communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Young Ambassador, you'll receive training and support to help you become a confident representative for CHSW. You'll develop key skills in public speaking, fundraising and more, all while helping raise awareness of the vital work we do.

How we will train, mentor and support our Young Ambassadors
- Detailed feedback on your application and interview, with discussions to follow if you request it
- Training in a supported learning environment; including presentation skills, communication, event planning, the work of a charity and how it is funded
- Introduction to CHSW, opportunity to visit your local hospice and hear directly about the difference the charity makes
- We support Young Ambassadors to deliver their own presentation
- The Fundraising Team are available to provide mentoring and support to our successful Young Ambassadors throughout the process
