The Rainbow Run event village opens at 11.00am where you can enjoy music and entertainment or fuel up before the race start! Please make sure you are in the event village by 12.15pm at the latest to take part in the warm up and meet our very special families.

Before you arrive, please ensure you have completed the important information on the reverse of your running number and have this pinned to your top. To collect your free sunglasses (children aged 5 - 15 only) simply present your runner number to the sunglasses tent.

Any participants who have lost their runner number must go to the information part of the registration tent to be issued with a replacement. You will not be able to take part in the event without a number.

Please note, there are no bag drop facilities available to keep personal belongings so please ensure that these can be safely carried with you at all times (you may wish to put your phone in a plastic bag). Any unattended bags left in the event village will be removed immediately.

After the warm up, all those with a white runner number will make their way to the start. Blue numbers and their accompanying participating adults should start in the blue group which will set off after the white start. These staggered starts will ensure everyone's safety and create natural spacing ensuring total coverage at our paint stations.

Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel to protect your car for the journey home!
