Jessica Steevens

Jessica is a highly experienced Property Management Chartered Surveyor, specialising in shopping centre management across the UK, with a particular focus on the South West region.

As a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield, she has dedicated nearly 20 years to the firm, where she currently serves as Head of Retail within Asset Services.

Originally hailing from South Wales, Jessica has called Bristol home for over 25 years, where she lives with her partner Myles. Outside of her professional life, she has a passion for live music and enjoys exploring the local dining scene.

Jessica brings a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to her role as a charity trustee.
