Gift Aid explained
Sign up today and make the items you donate to our shops worth 25% more. So, for instance, a £25 bag of donated goods would be worth £31 to us - at no extra cost to you.
How does it work?
You will be given a unique donor ID number and all your items will be labelled with this number to enable us to record the sales value. You will be notified by email or letter of the total sales value of your items before any Gift Aid is claimed. (This gives you the opportunity to cancel your registration if your circumstances have changed, i.e. you are no longer a taxpayer or have paid insufficient tax to cover your Gift Aid claims.)
Your donated items will be sold through our shops. Unique or high-value items may be sold through the Children's Hospice South West eBay shop so that we can get the most for your donation.
Thank you for helping us make your donations go even further together, with Gift Aid.
