Ceridwen Rees
Lead Music Therapist, Little Bridge House
Music Therapy
Ceridwen has the privilege of leading a fabulous team of music therapists at Children's Hospice South West and she divides her time between supporting her team and undertaking the clinical sessions at Little Bridge House.
Following her graduation from Kingston Polytechnic in 1986, Ceridwen taught the oboe and piano, but she soon became more interested in how the children felt when they were making music. This led her to train as a music therapist in 1997 and she worked for 15 years at Helen House Children's Hospice in Oxford before relocating to Devon.
In her spare time Ceridwen loves spending time with her family, walking, knitting for her grandchildren and making the annual pilgrimage to Oxford to watch the UK achieve nil points in the Eurovision Song Contest!
