The Incredible Hike refund enquiry form

Following the cancellation of The Incredible Hike on Sunday 26 April we would be so grateful if you would consider your registration fee being treated as a much needed donation to help local children and families. However, if you would prefer this to be refunded, please use the form below. All refund requests must be received by Tuesday 31 March 2020 after which we will treat your registration fee as a kind donation that will immediately help families.   

Refund payments work their way through the banking system via our card services provider and should appear in your account for the card originally used to purchase your ticket. Please note that we can only process a refund to the person who purchased the tickets. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to show in your bank account.


The date has now passed for refund requests and your registration fee will now be treated as a donation. If you have any questions please contact us.
