Santas on the Run is a fun 2k run, walk, or jog at either the Eden Project in Cornwall, Plym Valley Railway in Plymouth (3k), and Charlton Farm in North Somerset. We don't provide Santa suits but you can decide if you want to twinkle in tinsel, rock it like Rudolph or sleigh it like Santa - dress up in your festive gear and complete a challenge of your choice all while raising seasonal smiles for babies, children, young people and families that are supported by our 3 hospices.

Yes please!

For all Santas on the Run events, we ask you register yourself and the members of your group so you'll receive all the support and information you need.  We will not be accepting on the day registrations. Please sign up for the location and wave time you would like to attend.

Plym Valley Railway

Eden Project, Cornwall

Charton Farm, North Somerset

Your registration fee covers the cost of putting on the event, a festive treat and medal.

Your entry fee for our Eden Project Santa run also gives you a full festive day out at the venue for the rest of the day - you don't need to pay any additional entry charges!

Your entry fee for our Plym Valley Santa run includes your train ride to the start line.

Your entry fee for our Charlton Farm Santa runs also gives you a 50% discount, for you and up to 4 friends or family, for Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm on the weekend of the 6th and 7th December. All you need to do to get the discount is show your Santa registration email to the staff at the ticket office at Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm.

As this is a sponsored event, we ask that you try to raise sponsorship to support the vital care Children’s Hospice South West provides. The suggested sponsorship is £30 per person or £86 as a family.

Our Santa on the Run event is open to all ages. Children aged 2 years and under are free to take part. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by a participating adult.

If you're taking part with colleagues from your workplace, please sign up using the online registration form and include your company name within the group. You will need to sign up each member of your work colleagues individually for health and safety reasons if taking part in one of our physical events.

Your registration fee only covers the cost of the event and your sponsorship is supporting our vital care for the children and families that attend our hospices. Sponsorship targets are £30 per person and £86 per family

Alternatively, you can make a donation of the suggested sponsorship. Please make your donation via our online donation page marking it as your Santas on the Run donation.

We no longer provide Santa suits as a part of the registration fee to reduce the impact of single-use Santa suits on the environment, with many suits ending up in landfill each year. We have reduced the entry fee to reflect this change.

We also want to give our participants the opportunity to choose whether they want to dress as Santa, a reindeer, penguin, snowman, Christmas tree, elf or create your own!

Alternatively why not wear your Christmas Pyjamas or jumpers? There will be on the day competitions for the best dressed!
