CHSW has partnered with Portcullis Legals to offer a free Will-writing service, for those who want to write their Will, or update their existing arrangements
We are holding a Will writing event in co-operation with Portcullis Legals at Princesshay Shopping Centre, Exeter on Wednesday 19 July 2017.
Making or updating your Will is vital in ensuring that your wishes are adhered to and is an important part of your financial planning. Some people assume that if they don’t make a Will, everything will automatically go to their family; unfortunately this isn’t always the case as it is the law that decides who gets what and how much and if you die intestate (without a valid Will in place) and with no family, your Estate will pass to the Crown.
For those who may struggle with the costs associated with amending or making a Will, our free Will-writing service offers the reassurance that your money and property will go to the people and the causes that you care about.
There is no obligation to leave a gift to Children's Hospice South West but once you have remembered your loved ones, we would be grateful that you might consider a charitable donation, if you feel able to do so.
