CHSW free WiFi - terms of use
Children's Hospice South West free WiFi, is provided for staff, parents and visitors to use while at our hospice sites.
Your access to the Service is completely at the discretion of CHSW, and such access may be blocked, suspended, or terminated at any time for any reason including, but not limited to, actions that may lead to liability for CHSW, disruption of access to other users or networks, and violation of applicable laws or regulations. CHSW reserves the right to monitor and collect information while you are connected to the Service and that the collected information can be used at discretion of CHSW, including sharing the information with any law enforcement agencies, CHSW partners and/or CHSW vendors.
CHSW reserves the right at all times to withdraw the Service, change the specifications or manner of use of the Service, or to change access codes or other security information necessary to access the service.
Please note that this WiFi service is open WiFi and is not suitable for use by unsupervised children. For age filtered WiFi please speak with a member of our Care team about using our children's WiFi instead.
This is a public WiFi service and should not be considered a secure or trusted network. CHSW cannot guarantee the security of any device, data, account, or communication while connected to this service and accepts no liability for any loss, damage, data breach, malware infection, unauthorised access, or other security-related incident arising from its use.
CHSW accepts no liability for any loss, damage, distress, upset, or other consequences arising from content accessed through this WiFi service.
Note for staff: The "Acceptable Use of IT" policy is always applicable when using this service. A copy of this policy is available on the CHSW intranet.
