Homemade flatbread, baked using Cornish Golden Grains flour containing;
- Lobbs Farm beef koftas
- Falafel: Made with Hodmedod's British chickpeas
- Fresh slaw: made with locally grown veg
- Sauces: a gently spiced harissa, or homemade tzatziki, cool and garlicky
- Drinks: Coldframe Brewery will provide either Seasons Change Lager and Bloom, an elderflower pale ale; a selection of wine, cold drinks and water will be available too
