Little Bridge House drawing competition

How to enter

1. Enter via post by sending entries to Little Bridge House, Redlands Road, Fremington, Barnstaple, EX31 2PZ by Wednesday 19 November 2025.  Please ensure you include the name of your child, their age and your contact details including name, contact telephone and email  
2. The Drawing Competition is open to children and young people who are 18 years old and under
3. A person aged 18 or over must submit the entry on behalf of a child or young person under the age of 18 by providing the child or young person’s name only, along with their own contact details
4. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. The closing date for the Drawing Competition is midday on Wednesday 19 November 2025.  

Competition Terms and Conditions

By entering the Drawing Competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The competition is free to enter and is only open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales)
2. The competition prize is a goodie bag for the child or young person who has won
3. Entries can be made online only by a person aged 18 or by a parent/guardian on behalf of a child or young person aged 18 and under
4. Entries must be submitted prior to the competition closing date at midday on Wednesday 19 November 2025
5. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in disqualification
6. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives will be provided
7. The closing date for the Drawing Competition is midday on Wednesday 19 November 2025. The competition will be judged after this date  
8. After the closing date the winning entry will be chosen by the CHSW judging committee. The winner will be contacted by phone or email, and after the details have been verified the prize will be arranged to be received
9. CHSW will make 3 attempts to contact the winner by phone and 1 attempt via email. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the final attempt, or if the email/phone number provided is invalid, the rights to the prize is forfeited and CHSW reserves the right to select and notify a new winner
10. The families of CHSW staff are permitted to enter the competition
11. Personal information provided when entering will be used for competition administration. The name of the winner may be used in competition publicity, including result announcements. As the winner may be under the age of 18, only their first name will be used. The winner will be asked to participate in photos which will be used for promotional purposes
12. Any decisions made by CHSW regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into about it
13. CHSW accept no responsibility for entries not fully received for any reason
14. The Drawing Competition is promoted by Children’s Hospice South West (Registered Charity No. 1003314), Little Bridge House, Redlands Road, Fremington, Barnstaple, Devon EX31 2PZ
15. CHSW reserves the right to cancel the competition, or amend these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice
