Does your workplace have a chosen charity?

Fundraising with friends and family is always great fun, but how about getting together with your work colleagues too? There are so many different ways to get involved and help support CHSW and one way is to nominate us as your company’s Charity of the Year. Perhaps your workplace already picks an annual charity, or maybe now is the time to suggest it?

Voting for CHSW as your chosen charity offers so many benefits – as well as raising funds together to help local children, young people and their families, it’s great for team-building and getting everyone having some fun together both in, and outside the workplace. Whether you choose a charity by staff vote or a pitch process, our fundraisers are happy to submit a written proposal and present to your charity committee.

Join us at our CHSW events, or plan your own fundraisers, our corporate partnerships fundraisers will work with you to devise a plan for your activities and support you every step of the way. Many employers also offer matched funding schemes, allowing you to double the amount you’ve raised!

Find out what some of our supporters have said about choosing CHSW as their Charity of the Year:

Recruitment consultants Girling Jones Exeter have been ongoing supporters of CHSW for many years now, taking on virtually every challenge thrown at them. One of their most recent fundraisers was to take on the Rock Solid event near Exeter, facing obstacles and mud runs. What a team!

The team here love supporting CHSW. Their regular challenges and events are part of the culture here at Girling Jones and play an important part in our team building and office morale. Also, as a South West based business, who better to support?

Simon Girling, Director

CHSW Linden HomesLinden Homes hold an annual golf tournament in support of CHSW. Each year the tournament raises around £5k. Kate Fisher, Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser at Charlton Farm and Mick Arnold, Construction Director (pictured) for Linden Homes.

We are long-time supporters of this very worthwhile charity and are delighted to have yet again raised a substantial sum of money to support the amazing work they do.

Mick Arnold, Construction Director

Crealy Great Adventure Parks Devon and Cornwall chose us as their Charity of the Year and got busy raising funds throughout the season. From Wishing Well Collections to Skydives, staff got into the spirit of fundraising, including taking part in our Rainbow Runs!

As a family-owned business, we know how important family time is together, so we’re delighted to be supporting Children’s Hospice South West.
