Get ready to hoist the mainsail and sing your heart out as the Portishead Shanty Festival sets sail this Whitsun Bank Holiday weekend, kicking off on Friday evening, 23 May! Set against the scenic backdrop of Portishead Marina, this toe-tapping celebration of sea shanties and maritime music brings together 11 incredible musical acts over 2 unforgettable days.

From rousing harmonies to foot-stomping rhythms, you’ll hear performances from local legends and visiting favourites alike, including:
