Join England and Somerset batting legend Marcus Trescothick in cycling from Bristol to St Austell

Cricketing legend Marcus Trescothick will be taking to the saddle once more in his latest cycling challenge with a team of friends and supporters from Keynsham to St Austell to raise money and awareness for Children's Hospice South West. The challenge will also include visits to local schools, cricket clubs and businesses along the way to promote the work of CHSW, whilst also offering cricket tuition to junior cricketers.

The route

Day 1 - Monday 8 October

Keynsham – Taunton (up to 70 miles) Book your tickets for day 1
Visiting Charlton Farm, Millfield Prep School in Glastonbury along the route and finishing at Somerset County Cricket Club.

Day 2 - Tuesday 9 October

Taunton – Barnstaple (up to 70 miles) Book your tickets for day 2
Visiting Blundells School including cricket session and finishing at Little Bridge House. 

Day 3 - Wednesday 10 October

Barnstaple – Exeter (up to 70 miles) Book your tickets for day 3
Visiting Shebbear College with cricket session and finishing at Princesshay Square, Exeter.

Day 4 - Thursday 11 October

Exeter – Plymouth (up to 70 miles) Book your tickets for day 4
Visiting South Devon Cricket Club in Newton Abbot including cricket session for local schools.

Day 5 - Friday 12 October

Plymouth – St Austell (up to 70 miles) Book your tickets for day 5
Visiting Callington Cricket Club with a grand finish and photos at Little Harbour.

For the 10 years since my benefit year, I've been an ambassador for CHSW and I'm involved with them because what they do is just so great. I'm pleased to be involved and it's a cause that's close to so many people's hearts in and around the South West.
