Christmas is a special time of year, and for many, often a time to reflect and remember family and friends who are no longer with us. Children’s Hospice South West’s Light up a Life Appeal is a way to remember the lives of your loved ones through celebration.
Your donation, in memory of a loved one, will help us continue our care for over 500 children with life-limiting conditions and their families.
Make a donation in memory of a loved one
Light Up a Life is for everyone, not just those touched by hospice care. Take time this festive season to remember someone special by making a dedication in our Book of Remembrance. Whoever you are remembering, whether young or old, you can make a dedication to them through our Light Up a Life Appeal, by making a kind donation.
As a lasting tribute your loved one’s name will be written in our Light Up a Life Book of Remembrance which can be viewed at our Little Bridge House hospice. The Book of Remembrance will also be displayed at our Light Up a Life services across North Devon this Christmas. At each service, we offer a candle for you to light in memory of your loved one, making it even more personal.
To make a dedication, simply complete our online form to let us know the names of those special to you. We ask that you consider supporting care for local people and their families by making a donation. Your generosity will help Children’s Hospice South West continue our care now and into the future.
