Celebrate 20 years of Charlton Farm and support us to be there for everyone who needs us
We have supported hundreds of families over the last 20 years, donate or take part in our special birthday events to help us continue to reach everyone who needs us, over the next 20 years and beyond.
During the last 20 years, Charlton Farm’s dedicated team have provided:
- Care for 875 babies, children and young people
- Support for 2188 parents and carers and 688 siblings
- 14,130 overnight stays
- 973 day visits to Charlton Farm
- 714 visits to a support a family in their home
- 291 families supported on Zoom
- 312 families have been supported through bereavement

How your fundraising helps now and into the future
- £25 could help fund fun family times in the hydrotherapy pool at the hospice to make memories together
- £93 can fund an hour of care for a family at one of our hospices
- £215 can fund one nurse, one shift, one day
- £304 could fund a day of sibling support at Charlton Farm
- £440 could pay for a day of support and care in the family home for a child and their family
- £1,100 can fund a children's nurse for a week
- £2,130 helps fund a week of sibling support at Charlton Farm
- £4,650 could fund a children's nurse for a month
- £9,230 supports a month of sibling support at Charlton Farm
- £10,000 helps to fund medical consumables for Charlton Farm for a year
