We would like to acknowledge and celebrate all those who chose to leave or intend to leave a gift in their Will to Children’s Hospice South West.
Please join us at Charlton Farm on Monday 21 September, from 12 pm to 2 pm.
Please come and look around our hospice, meet our Registered Care Manager, ask any questions you may have and learn more about the difference your gift makes.
Light refreshments will be provided, please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
