You are invited to join us and discover what Children’s Hospice South West means to children, families, volunteers, supporters and staff through their art, craft, poems and stories.
Meet some of the CHSW team and enjoy musical activities.
The open evening will be a very special community event, which not only lets local people gain an insight into Children’s Hospice life, through art and stories, but also gives each member of the Charlton Farm family a chance to express and share what Children’s Hospice South West means to them in a creative way.
