Competition Terms and Conditions 

By entering this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

  1. The competition is free to enter and is only open to residents in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) 
  2. The competition prize is a dryrobe® voucher for a dryrobe® Advance so the winner can choose the colour and size 
  3. Entries can be made online only by a person aged 18 or over, or by a person aged 18 or over on behalf of a child or young person under the age of 18. 
  4. Entries must be made in advance of the competition closing date, Wednesday 22 November  2023 at 12:00.
  5. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in disqualification 
  6. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives will be provided 
  7. CHSW reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond control make it necessary to do so 
  8. The closing date for the Name the Bear Mascot Competition is Wednesday 22 November 2023 at 12:00. The competition will be judged after this date to allow for administration 
  9. The winning name will be chosen by the CHSW judging committee. Should the same winning name be submitted by multiple entrants, a winner will be chosen at random from all entrants who submitted the winning name. The winner will be contacted by phone and if not available, via email after the closing date, their details will be verified and once verified the prize will be arranged to be received
  10. CHSW will make 3 attempts to contact the winner by phone and 1 attempt via email. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the final attempt, or if the email/phone number provided is not valid, they forfeit their right to the prize and CHSW reserves the right to select and notify a new winner 
  11. CHSW staff and their families are permitted to enter the competition CHSW Directors as well as CHSW staff and employees of service providers who are directly involved with the administration of the Raffle are not eligible to enter 
  12. Personal information provided on entering will be used for competition administration. The name of the winner may be used in competition publicity, including result announcements. If the winner is under the age of 18 only the first name will be used.  The winner will be asked to participate in photos which will be used for promotional purposes 
  13. CHSW’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into about it 
  14. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not fully received for any reason 
  15. The Competition is promoted by Children’s Hospice South West (Registered Charity No 1003314), Little Bridge House, Redlands Road, Fremington, Barnstaple, Devon EX31 2PZ 
  16. CHSW reserves the right to cancel the competition; or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
