Team Aviva 10
mbers split into two teams starting at Clifton Observatory and ending at St Mary Redcliffe church, taking two different 10k routes around Bristol and capturing some of Bristol beloved landmarks on the way and lots of donations from the people of Bristol.

On the walk both groups collected a total of £279 and raised over £600 through online donations which has contributed to the final fundraising total of £1,791, which includes matched funding from the insurance company, Aviva.

CHSW rely on voluntary donations to continue to care for local children with life-limiting conditions and their families. As well as providing emergency and end of life care, they also provide precious respite for the whole family and a sibling service for brothers and sisters, which is important for so many families.

Sarah Heppenstall, corporate Fundraiser for CHSW, said:

We would like to congratulate all colleagues on their volunteer day ‘Aviva 10’. The team have worked so hard to organise the event and raise such an incredible amount for CHSW which will help support many families who use our local hospice at Charlton Farm.
