You will find the links to the Zoom warm up for both days on our Facebook event page. Please join the page to also upload your photos and videos to enter our competitions! 
Don’t forget you can download the playlists we have created to use throughout the weekend for your warm up, run or after party. 
 

Simply email Kiley and she will be able to provide the school with the school’s list and provide more information. 

Yes - please register yourself and anyone else joining you, so we know who is taking part and you receive all the support and information you need.

Sometimes emails can end up in your junk box, so please check this first. If you still have not received either your confirmation email or welcome email, please email Kiley to check your registration was successful.

If you sign up over a weekend, please note you will not receive your welcome email until the following Monday.

No! Anyone of any age can be registered, even the dog!

 

Participants who register are not obliged to raise sponsorship, however this will not qualify you to receive one of our 30th Anniversary medals. Alternatively, you can make a donation of the suggested sponsorship of £15 if you would like your medal to be sent through. Please make your donation via our online donation page marking it as your Rainbow Run donation. 

 

Absolutely! If you would like us to send you your Rainbow Run bib in the post, please email Jo and let us know how many you require!

 

Of course! Please call our Little Harbour hospice on 01726 871 800 and we will help you get this up and running.

 

No! You can choose to run, skip, jog, hop, ride, walk… however you choose. You can also choose whichever distance you decide is best for you and your family.

 

You can decide to compete your run where you feel it will be most fun! You can complete it around your own home or whilst out on your daily exercise - it is your run,your way! 

We ask you ensure you complete it keeping to government guidelines and in a space with keeps to social distancing of 2 metres away from the general public.  

 

 

No, you do not- we will take your word for it! However, if you want to show your supporters you have completed your 5k we recommend you download Strava and link this to your Just Giving page or social media- this can also help increase your fundraising.

If you can not complete your run on either of these dates, complete it on any other day following this week and let us know when you have completed it! 

 

Rainbow Run is a traditionally a 5k fun run event with a difference! There’s no prizes, this event is all about making memories with your friends and family whilst raising money for Children's Hospice South West. However you can choose to complete 5k or a distance of your choice! 
  
Create your own route you can walk, jog, run or even skip your way around dressed in bright colours or any other inventive way you can.
