Standard UK delivery (UK mainland) is FREE when you spend £25 or over*, £2.95 for orders under £25*. * This includes virtual gifts and any donations made to CHSW at checkout.
Delivery is Monday to Friday not including Public Holidays. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.
Cards, calendars and diaries will be despatched by Gillards Worldwide. Our music CD and hanging star decoration will be despatched separately.
Please note that standard delivery is a non-trackable service. We are not able to offer express delivery services at this time.
If your order hasn't been delivered within 14 days please email or call 01271 325 270 (9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday, 9.00am to 4.30pm on Fridays) and we will investigate or send a replacement.
