Children’s Hospice South West has dedicated 25 years to supporting children with life-limiting conditions and their families, all the while our mission has remained the same – to make the most of every short and precious life. What we offer is far from the incredibly sad places that many imagine hospices to be.
Everyone at CHSW gives their all to ensure that children who will not reach adulthood have a safe, happy and relaxing place that they love to visit, and that their parents and siblings get all the help and support they need.
