Pirate FM launch Raise the Roof campaign!

Local radio station Pirate FM has launched a campaign to help give fundraising for our new children's hospice a boost.  They are calling for their listeners to help them 'Raise the Roof' on Little Harbour by Christmas.

Moonlight Memory Walk 2010 is launched!

Supporters of CHSW found a different way to launch the countdown to this year's Moonlight Memory Walk.  Twenty four ladies got together on Castle Beach in Falmouth to spell out a special message in the sand and encourage ladies to join them for the Moonlight Memory Walk in the town on Saturday 18th September.

Champion for Children completes his 140 mile non-stop run!

The inspirational John Reynolds was back for 2010 with an even tougher Champion for Children's Run challenge!

This time he ran 140 miles non-stop from Saltash in Cornwall to his home town of Radstock in North Somerset - that's over five marathons without stopping!

Sheila Flower and Pearl Poole are not only very good friends but have also spent many years doing very good deeds by volunteering in the gardens at Children’s Hospice South West’s Little Bridge House and have been involved in the Light Up A Life Appeal since it first began.

Moonlight Memory Walkers help raise £50,000 for the Precious Lives Appeal!

Falmouth town centre came alive on Saturday 14th November as nearly 700 ladies joined together for our first ever Moonlight Memory Walk.

A downpour of rain as the ladies neared the end of the 5 mile route did not dampen the high spirits, and it is estimated that around £50,000 will have been raised once all the sponsorship comes in!

Little Harbour Site Dedication and Turf Cutting Ceremony

The Midnight Memory Walk raises £70,000!

On Friday 4th September the atmosphere at Ashton Gate Stadium was electric as 691 women arrived through its gates to take part in the first ever Midnight Memory Walk.
