Children’s Hospice South West, (CHSW) is a registered charity dedicated to the provision of hospice care for life limited children and their families from the South West. We provide care, friendship and a sense of community for life limited children and their families at our hospices Little Bridge House, North Devon and Charlton Farm, North Somerset.
